Julianne M. Woldridge, Esq., is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. She practiced with Davis, Graham & Stubbs from 1988 until 1991 and has practiced with what is now MacDougall & Woldridge, P.C. since 1991. Julianne represents water conservancy districts, municipalities, special districts, ditch companies, and individual water users. Her practice focuses on water rights transactions and litigation and ancillary matters. She is a past chair of the Agricultural and Rural Law section of the Colorado Bar Association and a past Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation.
