Marian Lee, Attorney at Law
Marian Lee, Esq., ACC, is a lawyer, coach, and consultant on leadership and career development. After graduating from law school in 1988, she practiced as a commercial litigator for sixteen years. In 2007, she joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP as its first Director of Professional Development. In addition to implementing training, mentoring, and evaluation programs, Marian created programs aimed at helping first year lawyers, senior associates, and new partners to develop the interpersonal and leadership skills that are critical to success but not taught in law school. She is the author of a book on legal career development, "Building Your Ladder: An Associate's Guide to Success Beyond Partnership" published by ABA in 2013. In 2017, Marian left Brownstein to start her coaching and consulting practice. She has earned certifications from The Hudson Institute of Coaching, the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, and the International Coaching Federation.
