Sandra . Franklin

Sandra Franklin served as the Denver Probate Court magistrate for 16 years before retiring from that position. As the Probate Court magistrate, she presided over more than 10,000 probate hearings, settlement conferences, and mediations. She is currently a mediator with the Legal Resolution Center and is the statewide probate coordinator with the State Court Administrator's Office.
 
Ms. Franklin received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Metropolitan State College. She is a member of the National College of Probate Judges and is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association. She has served as the chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee and the Judicial Liaison Committee and as a member of the Probate Council. She is a frequent CLE speaker and has written for The Colorado Lawyer.
