James Martin, Esq., is a Senior Attorney with Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC, managing and operating contractor at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden Colorado. Prior to this Jim was an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Boulder, Colorado and an Assistant Attorney General with the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Jim is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.
