In private practice Colorado Springs from 1987 to present concentrating on family law and probate practice, including providing expert services and consultation concerning property division of military and government pension plans. Presented at numerous El Paso Bar CLE programs. Author of “Division of Military Retired Pay” in ABA Family Law Quarterly, Vol. 43, No. 3) (Fall 2009).
