Kathy Gaines is the Executive Director of Maxfund Animal Adoption Center. Kathy has been working in various capacities in animal welfare for 15 years, having begun as a volunteer at Foothills Animal Rescue in Scottsdale, Arizona, chairing gala events and ultimately as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Since then, she has chaired events at MaxFund Animal Adoption Center, worked as Director of Development at Longmont Humane Society, and then returned to MaxFund as Executive Director in 2021.
