Susan B. Prose

Susan Prose, Esq., began her legal career in the litigation department at Holme Roberts & Owen after graduating from Yale Law School in 198, where she had the great fortune to be mentored by Judge John Webb before his appointment to the Colorado Court of Appeals. Susan went on to serve as an Assistant County Attorney in Jefferson County and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado. In 2008, she was appointed an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado. Susan’s diverse civil litigation practice includes defending the United States in litigation brought by international and domestic terrorists incarcerated at the supermax facility in Florence, Colorado, for which she has received the DOJ Director’s Award for Superior Performance as an AUSA (Civil) and the Assistant Attorney General’s Exceptional Service Award (Criminal Division).
