Charles T. Passaglia is an employment attorney and the founder of Employment Law Solutions, LLC, which specializes in workplace investigations and training the entire workforce in critical employment law compliance matters, including harassment and violence prevention, wage and hour rules, managing employees’ absences, and protections under the anti-discrimination laws. He is also an adjunct professor at Regis University in Denver. He graduated from St. Louis University, a Jesuit college in St. Louis, Missouri, with a B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy. He received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Denver University Law Review.
