Elizabeth Horton, Esq., is an associate in Fennemore's Business Litigation practice group. Her experience includes litigating complex cases from initial trial through appeal to the Fourth Circuit. Her strong legal research and writing skills have persuaded both administrative and federal courts to accept her clients' novel arguments. Due to Elizabeth's attention to detail and strong negotiation skills, the majority of her cases have been positively resolved for clients. Elizabeth is active in Fennemore's LAB Committee and innovating how AI tools can be integrated into daily legal practice.
