Kristin Knetzer, Esq., is an attorney at Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C., where her practice focuses on oil and gas title matters. With a practice grounded in precision and problem-solving, Ms. Knetzer provides thoughtful and detailed counsel to clients as they evaluate property and mineral title and navigate complex leasing and development issues. Ms. Knetzer has extensive experience drafting title opinions covering federal, state, and fee lands in several states. In addition to preparation of title opinions, Ms. Knetzer has worked on numerous estate planning and probate matters, primarily regarding mineral interests. Ms. Knetzer received her Juris Doctor from The University of Denver, where she served as Production Editor of the Water Law Review. She is currently serving as the Secretary and Wyoming Reporter for Denver Association of Oil and Gas Lawyers.
