Sean Gallagher, Esq., has handled a broad range of strategic counseling and litigation matters in boardrooms and courtrooms across the country for more than 30 years. His practice emphasizes three general areas: employment litigation/counseling, complex commercial litigation, and constitutional/public policy matters. In 2012, he successfully represented two U.S. Secret Service agents in the Supreme Court of the United States in Reichle v. Howards, 566 U.S. 658 (2012), where he obtained a unanimous decision on behalf of his clients in a case involving the First Amendment and the scope of civil liability of agents protecting the President and Vice-President.  Mr. Gallagher is one of the founding editors of The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Employment Law, and frequently lectures on employment and litigation issues. He is a current member of the Colorado Supreme Court Pattern Civil Jury Instructions Committee. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School where he taught Electronic Discovery, as well as at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he taught Lawyering Process. Mr. Gallagher has been listed in the Chambers USA Guide, Best Lawyers in America (both in Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation), Benchmark Litigation (Labor & Employment) and by Colorado SuperLawyers as one of the top 100 lawyers in Colorado.
