Mark D. Elliott, Esq., practice has focused primarily on handing workers' compensation claims on behalf of injured workers since 1991 at Elliott & Montgomery, formerly known as The Elliott Law Offices, PC. He specializes in representing injured individuals and their families in workers' compensation, personal injury claims (with a focus on auto claims arising from work-related injuries), social security disability, and traffic/DUI matters. Mr. Elliott received his undergraduate degree in political science with highest distinction from Colorado State University and his law degree with distinction from Stanford Law School.  He was admitted to the bar 1987. Mr. Elliott is a past President of the Workers' Compensation Education Association (“WCEA”), as well as a current member of the Board and the legislative committee.  Mr. Elliott has testified in front of the Colorado legislature in his capacity as a WCEA Board Member and President on workers' compensation legislation.  Mr. Elliott has presented multiple continuing legal education seminars on a wide range of workers' compensation topics including workers' compensation legislation and rule changes, appellate issues, apportionment, bad faith, idiopathic conditions, unknown falls, penalties, subrogation, and COVID-19. He has also testified as an expert in legal malpractice and bad faith claims arising from workers' compensation claims.
