J. Eric . Elliff
2nd Judicial District
Judge J. Eric Elliff practiced complex commercial and intellectual property litigation at two large international law firms for almost 24 years. In 2011 he was appointed to the bench in the Second Judicial District (City and County of Denver) by Governor Bill Ritter. Judge Elliff currently presides over a criminal docket in Courtroom 4G. He serves on the Colorado Supreme Court's civil rules committee, regularly teaches CLE courses, is a contributor to numerous legal publications, and teaches advanced trial advocacy at the University of Colorado School of Law.
