Brittney Horstman, Esq., has been a practicing attorney since 2002 and joined Moeller Graf, P.C. in January of 2020. Brittney brings extensive experience in complex litigation to the firm. She has litigated cases involving FCPA violations, civil rights violations, Medicare fraud, mortgage fraud, money laundering, asset recovery, and regulatory violations. In addition to her litigation background, Brittney has been involved in board governance for several years including serving as the president of a board of directors. She understands the complex issues homeowners’ associations and boards undertake to serve and govern their communities. She welcomes the opportunity to work together with boards to address these issues. Brittney obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Moeller Graf, Brittney served as an associate attorney in Miami and then as a partner at a firm in Miami and Denver, representing clients across the United States and South America. Brittney was born and raised in Iowa and has lived all over the United States prior to settling in Denver with her extended family. When not at work, Brittney enjoys spending time with her two sons, husband, and new puppy. She is a strong advocate and supporter of children and families in need of special education services and the teachers who serve those families.
