Daniel F. Herrera

Daniel Herrera, Esq., (he/him/el) graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2023. He joined RMIAN in October 2022 as a Law Clerk in the Legal Orientation Program for the detention team. Being the son of undocumented immigrants he grew up learning about the struggles and limitations his family and friends faced daily. This drove Daniel to pursue a career helping marginalized communities that ultimately led him to law school. Daniel is fluent in Spanish and excited to learn and work alongside all the amazing people at RMIAN. In his free time Daniel enjoys hiking, gaming, and trying new foods.
