Chris R. Noel, Esq., is an appellate advocate in Boulder, Colorado, and has practiced since 1987. Ms. Noel graduated from the University of Colorado, School of Law, class of 1986. Out of law school, she worked for an oil company as an attorney in the litigation department, and later dabbled in other areas including personal injury, debt collection, and court appointments as Guardian Ad Litem and in Juvenile Justice. She has been briefing Social Security Disability Benefits denials for federal court review since 1985 as a second year law student. She is a member of the District Court of Colorado Bar and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Bar since 1987. At this point, Ms. Noel's practice is limited to federal court appellate advocacy in Social Security cases exclusively.
