Olivia . Choe Esq.
Division of Enforcement, SECOlivia Choe, Esq., is the Chief Litigation Counsel for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, where she oversees the Division’s nationwide litigation program. Before joining the SEC in 2016, Olivia was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of Florida for several years and prosecuted a wide range of financial fraud, violent crime, and child exploitation and human trafficking cases. Olivia began her career as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Rya W. Zobel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and as a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School.
