Jaimie Wolf is associate counsel for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. He focuses primarily on managing all of the day-to-day legal issues involving the Colorado Avalanche, the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Rapids, the Colorado Mammoth and Altitude Tickets as well as the Pepsi Center, Dick's Sporting Goods Park, 1STBANK Center and Paramount Theatre. Mr. Wolf is responsible for working across all of KSE's business lines, frequently negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, such as sponsorship agreements, technology service agreements, suite licenses, venue use and rental agreements and vendor agreements (such as concession services agreements) and working closely with KSE's risk management and human resources departments. Prior to joining KSE, he was an associate at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, where he concentrated his practice on all aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotions law. Previously, he was the director of legal affairs for the New York Islanders. He started his career as an attorney-advisor at the Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and ACC. Mr. Wolf received his BA from the University of Delaware and earned his JD from Tulane Law School.
