After establishing her career as a labor and employment attorney over 2 decades ago, Sima launched Ali Law Group in 2011, incorporating a remote-work concept into the practice. She works closely with her clients to help them develop a proactive rather than reactive approach to labor and employment issues. With content prepared by labor and employment attorneys, HRtelligence is a subscription service providing the latest in trends, insights, practical guidance and strategies, providing subscribers with actionable information they can use. In recognition of Sima's professionalism and contribution to the legal industry, Sima has received numerous honors and awards, including a Leadership in Law Award, Top 50 Women in Business Award and a Diversity in Business Award by the Long Island Business News. Sima is a board member of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce, the Townwide Fund of Huntington and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Sima received her B.S. from Cornell University, NY School of Industrial and Labor Relations and her J.D. from George Washington University School of Law.
