Abbey Soisson is the Senior Policy Analyst for the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses. In this role, Abbey develops policy recommendations related to marijuana, natural medicine, liquor, and other regulatory and licensing matters. She has been with the Department of Excise and Licenses since 2020. Abbey previously served as the Deputy Director of Marijuana Coordination in the Office of Governor Hickenlooper. She holds a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
