Renée Franchi, Esq., is a Lead Trial Lawyer in the Denver, Colorado office of Zinda Law Group, a plaintiff's personal injury law firm representing clients in a wide variety of cases across the country with offices in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. Renee is known nationally for her representation of survivors of sexual abuse, violent crimes, and human trafficking against large and powerful institutions, including, but not limited to, Catholic Diocese, religious institutions, and churches, foster care agencies, national and international corporations, mentoring organizations, and schools. At Zinda Law Group, Renee also represents injured clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving 18-wheeler, commercial vehicle, and car crashes, premises liabilities, and dog bites. Prior to her work representing crime victims and injury survivors, Renee was a Senior Deputy Prosecutor who prosecuted violent crime and death cases including strangulation, domestic violence, aggravated assaults, and homicides. Renee is also involved in the anti-human trafficking movement. She sits on the board of directors of Collective Liberty, a non-profit that works closely with government agencies to shift systems and improve public policy to ensure, as a community, we support survivors while stopping traffickers, focusing on the mission to effectively end all forms of human trafficking and ensure survivors have access to necessary resources.
