Ryan Blansett, Esq., is an associate attorney at Markus Williams Young & Hunsicker. Ryan focuses his practice on commercial restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, creditors’ rights, and business law matters. Ryan has successfully litigated issues pertaining to nondischargeability proceedings, relief from the automatic stay, claims allowance, consumer protection actions, and other complex contested matters. Ryan began his practice as an assistant attorney general for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in the consumer protection section. He then relocated to Colorado and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth E. Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
