Serena S. Gudino, Esq., has served as an associate attorney at Arnold & Arnold, LLP, since July of 2024. Serena also serves as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Construction Law Section Council for the Colorado Bar Association and regularly volunteers for construction industry events - ranging from American General Contractor industry-wide events to law student outreach events at the University of Colorado Boulder Law School. Serena primarily represents general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers, in civil litigation matters, including but not limited to mechanic's lien foreclosure actions and other payment disputes, construction defect actions, and post-judgment collections.
