Morgan A. Tregenza
LevelheadedMorgan Tregenza is an attorney and mediator with a deep passion for helping people resolve disputes with accessibility and ease. She founded levelheaded in 2022 with a simple, but bold mission: to make the world less litigious. levelheaded is dedicated to creating the world's most easy-to-use and prolific dispute resolution platform. After practicing law for a few years, she quickly saw the emotional and financial toll that traditional litigation had on Parties, and also herself, and thought there had to be a better way. After hundreds of hours of volunteering her time to offer mediations pre-trial, she realized there were other options that had much higher adherence rates, greater client satisfaction, and that ultimately meant everyone could move on with their lives. In a legal world where we all know that 95% of cases get settled before trial, she wants to focus on the path towards settlement, instead of prepping for trial. She's the CEO and founder of levelheaded, a mother to her beloved children/step-children, a Colorado native, an avid mountain adventurer, and proud University of Colorado Grad. Morgan was also the President of the Mediation Association of Colorado where she worked tirelessly to proliferate and bring awareness to mediation across Colorado. As of 2025, Morgan continues to focus her professional endeavors on building awareness and innovation in the dispute resolution community and mediation field. In 2025 she has been a featured speaker for the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution, she has been a guest speaker on the Mediate.com podcast with Colin Rule, she was a semi-finalist for the Forbes Entrepreneur of Impact, she has presented at the Silicon Flatirons Startup events, she is a coach for the Colorado Bar Association's Mediation Certification as well as a Continuing Legal Educator, and most recently she presented at the Legal Tech Conference in London, UK. Until recently, she was also the President of the Mediation Association of Colorado where she was, on behalf the organization, instrumental in helping to promote and pass several pieces of legislation to help bolster access to mediation and dispute resolution.
