Joseph “Joe” Kovarik is a partner at Sheridan Ross P.C., one of the oldest and largest IP boutique firms in the Rocky Mountain region. For over twenty-five years, Joe Kovarik has practiced intellectual property law, with an emphasis in patent prosecution, patent litigation, mediation of patent disputes and in the licensing of intellectual property rights. He advises both small and large entities with respect to how best to build, maintain and protect their intellectual property assets. While his technical training is in biochemistry, and molecular, cellular and developmental biology, his practice encompasses a wide range of industries and fields. He has been selected for inclusion in the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Colorado Super Lawyers list.
