Mark L. Sabey, Esq., serves as special counsel in the firm Kutak Rock, LLP's Denver office and as chair of the health law and employment law practice groups in Denver. His practice focuses primarily on advising and representing hospitals, other health care providers and major employers in and out of the courtroom. He is an experienced trial and appellate litigator with particular strengths in careful strategic planning, early case resolution (including summary judgment) and powerful appellate work. He has presented evidence and arguments to all levels of federal and state tribunals, from administrative agencies to the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Sabey helps clients to address their day-to-day needs and ongoing policies and practices related to employment and health law. With over 25 years of valuable experience to inform his legal work, Mr. Sabey is able to produce excellent results for clients currently involved in litigation or seeking to avoid it down the road.
