Elizabeth Kearney, Esq., practices in Berthoud, Colorado focusing on wills and trusts, real estate and small business formation. Early in her career she litigated in state and federal court in commercial and employment matters. Then a move to small town  Colorado motivated a change in practice areas. The concept for this CLE arose from a client meeting regarding end of life options where she realized she did not have the exact legal answer: the most frustrating thing for a lawyer. The extremely experienced panelists from varied backgrounds will provide great ideas and resources to help us navigate that delicate and sometimes overwhelming territory.
