David Seserman, Esq., is the founding member of Seserman Law LLC, working with businesses and businesspeople as a trusted advocate and ally. He has a broad civil litigation practice. Somewhat unique to his practice, David has served as the liquidator of the two largest law firm dissolutions in Colorado history. David is the Chair Colorado Bar Association Litigation Section Executive Council. David holds several leadership roles in the American Bar Association. He is a member of the ABA Presidential Taskforce on AI. David represents that CBA as a member of the ABA House of Delegates. In the GPSolo Division, David is a member of the GPSolo Council and chairs the Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. In the Litigation Section, David is a Division Director. David is a member of the Sedona Conference where he is one of the authors of The Sedona Conference E-Discovery Best Practices for Small Cases Commentary Primer. He is active in his community and was the Chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Greenwood Village for over a decade. David earned a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
