Richard (Dick) J. Rotole, Esq., is a member of Rotole & Rotole LLC and co-owner of Denver Mediation Experts. After 37 years of successfully representing clients in family law litigation, he now limits his practice to mediation and arbitration. He is a former member of the Executive Council of the CBA Family Law Section and former Co-chair of its Legislative Committee. He has been selected to Colorado Super Lawyers for 16 consecutive years, as a top 100 Colorado Super Lawyer in 2012, 2013, and 2015 through 2023. He is named to Best Lawyers in America and has been named by Best Lawyers as the “Lawyer of the Year” five times since 2013 in Family Law, Family Law Mediation and Family Law Arbitration. He has been named in Law Week Colorado as Barrister's Best, People's Choice, twice in Family Law Mediation and Arbitration. He is named a Top Lawyer by 5280 Magazine. He is a regular speaker and has authored numerous articles on family law topics. His favorite times are spent with family, friends and grandchildren.
