Amy Hirter, Esq., specializes in U.S. and international joint ventures, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international distribution arrangements, unique strategic relationships involving specially-tailored contracts, the international sale of goods and services, software licensing, SaaS contracts, cloud computing and data center contracts, management and professional services agreements, establishing foreign operations, and the creation of foreign investment vehicles. She represents Fortune 100 companies, as well as small and mid-size businesses, in U.S. and cross-border business deals. Amy was co-chair of the Business Section of the Boulder County Bar Association from 2014 to present, and acts as a supervising attorney for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School.
