Madeline Collison, Esq., is Of Counsel with the law firm of Sweeney & Bechtold, LLC where she emphasizes employment law on behalf of employees. She graduated from Wellesley College and obtained her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College Of Law. She has been active in the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and served as President of the Colorado Women's Bar Association. She also served as Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association from 2001 to 2003. She was President of the Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association in 1990-1991 and served on the PELA Board of Directors from 1989 to 2004. Madeline was in private practice from 1986 to 2005. From 2005 to 2012, she took time off from the practice of law to focus on raising her four children. In 2012, she returned to the practice of law. Throughout her career, she has focused on employment law and civil rights matters with a particular emphasis on age discrimination, sex discrimination and sexual harassment cases. She has handled many multiple plaintiff employment cases.
