Jeff Severino, CPCU, MBA, has 23 years of experience in the insurance industry serving in sales, client advisory and senior leadership roles. As Senior Vice President, Jeffrey provides leadership to position Lockton Affinity at the forefront of the program insurance industry and delivers strategy to advance the Lawyers Professional Liability and Cyber Liability practices. He also directly oversees his portfolio group program clients, supporting them with risk management guidance and strategic planning. Prior to joining Lockton Affinity in 2017, Jeffrey served as Vice President and General Manager for an MGA who specialized in Professional Liability for Architects and Engineers, Real Estate, Lawyers and Cyber Liability. Jeffrey began his career at Universal Underwriters Group/Zurich Direct Markets where he began as a Field Underwriter and Account Executive, then was promoted to Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for the growth and profitability of his region. Jeffrey works from the Overland Park, Kansas office, reporting directly to Patrick O'Farrell, President and CEO at Lockton Affinity, LLC.
