Mark Cohen, Esq., is a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. He teaches Chinese IP Law and International Trade Law. He formerly served as the first representation of the USPTO in China (2004-2008) and is a recipient of the Meritorious Honor Award from the President for his work on IP protection in China. He also holds visiting faculty appointments at UCSD, Duke University, Renmin University, the National Bureau for Asian Research, and other organizations.
