Daniel Posnick, JD, Transactional Liability Leader, brings 20+ years of insurance experience to his role managing IMA’s Transactional Liability practice, where his areas of focus include Representations & Warranties insurance, Tax Liability insurance and Loss Mitigation insurance. Prior to joining IMA Dan spent the last 10+ years of his career underwriting & managing Public D&O and blended management liability insurance products for Private Equity Firms & Asset Managers, in addition to managing Zurich North America’s Transactional Liability portfolio.  Bolstered by his legal and claims background, Dan brings a balanced perspective and understanding to meet the needs of IMA’s clients. Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Manhattanville College and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law.
