Jared Syke has a dozen years investment banking experience and has completed M&A transactions across various verticals with a focus on food and consumer products companies. As a Director, Jared is responsible for management across all phases of client engagements including origination, development of presentation materials, buyer outreach, transaction negotiation and execution. Prior to Integris, Jared worked in the Audit Service practice at Deloitte, where he completed audits of both public and private company clients across a wide range of industries. Jared attended University of San Diego where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Accountancy along with a minor in Spanish. He holds an active CPA license as well as a Series 79.
