Lynn M. Kornfeld is a partner in the Denver office of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, specializing in environmental transactional and compliance matters. She has represented major multinational corporations in resolution of a broad range of issues arising under the Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and their state counterparts. Her experience includes representing clients on solid and hazardous waste compliance and enforcement matters, including facility siting and permitting. She has also represented a number of large commercial and industrial clients on corporate and real estate transactions involving contaminated properties and environmental compliance issues.
