Todd T. Hoy, Esq., is a senior executive with nearly two decades of experience negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements in the media, streaming, and technology industries. At Starz, a $1.3B+ revenue media company, he held multiple senior legal and business leadership roles — serving as lead negotiator on distribution agreements with Amazon, Apple, Charter, Comcast, Google, and other major platforms, in a General Counsel capacity for international streaming operations, and as the senior legal leader overseeing commercial agreements across both revenue and cost functions, including distribution, content acquisition, M&A, technology, marketing, and leases. Earlier in his career, he advised DISH Network as Corporate Counsel on multibillion-dollar U.S. and international media and technology distribution agreements. Todd holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, an M.A. in Digital Media Studies from the University of Denver, and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies across media and technology disciplines from the University of Arizona.
