Courtney Krause, Esq., is Deputy Legal Counsel for Colorado Governor Jared Polis. As Deputy Legal Counsel, she provides legal counsel to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Cabinet. She combines her transactional and litigation background with her experience navigating federal, state, and local government rules, laws, and regulations to develop solutions to challenging legal and policy issues. Courtney Krause was raised in Colorado and is a fourth generation Coloradan. She earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
