Lance Youngblood excelled in IT sales for 30 years. He spent the last two decades at IBM, where he cultivated relationships and provided solutions to Fortune 1000 companies nationwide. His understanding of complex business environments and negotiations equipped him with valuable conflict resolution skills, making the transition to mediation a natural progression. In 2019, inspired by a desire to give back to the community and help individuals navigate conflicts with compassion and understanding, Lance shifted his focus to mediation. He founded Conflict Solutions of Southern Colorado, offering professional mediation services to promote constructive dialogue and find amicable solutions to challenging conflicts. His firm specializes in helping parties resolve disputes collaboratively and respectfully. In addition to his private practice, Lance is deeply committed to community service. He volunteers as a mediator for the El Paso County Courts, contributing his time and expertise to help resolve legal disputes and support the justice system. This dedication to helping others through mediation reflects his commitment to promoting peace, understanding, and cooperation within his community.
