Dr. Robert L. Davis is founder and Executive Director of Seasoned With Grace UnBoxed, a nonprofit committed to helping community organizations and businesses develop strong authentic leadership and a healthy workplace relationship culture. He has researched, written, and presented on healthy, thriving families. He has over 20 years of experience as a senior pastor in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Family Life Educator, hospice chaplain, bereavement coordinator, and community leader. He has conducted workshops, seminars, webinars, and one-to-one coaching to help families and businesses reach higher levels of satisfaction and productivity. Dr. Davis also serves as project coordinator for the Denver Task Force to Reimagine Policing and Public Safety, the nation's largest community-led task force developing community-based solutions around policing and public safety. Recently the Task Force released a comprehensive set of 112 recommendations addressing five strategies to strengthen community involvement in all aspects of public safety.
