Zoey D. Tanner

Zoey Tanner, Esq., is an associate attorney at Lewis Kuhn Swan PC. Prior to joining the firm, Zoey worked for the Colorado Office of the State Public Defender. She is an experienced litigator who is passionate about making sure her clients feel informed, supported, and understood. Zoey handles probate proceedings, including conservatorship and guardianship matters and probating wills. Zoey graduated with Distinction from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Sociology before joining the Public Defenders Office as an investigator. She received the Chancellor's Scholarship to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she graduated as a member of the Order of Saint Ives. After law school, Zoey returned to the Public Defenders Office as an attorney before starting on a new path with Leventhal Lewis Kuhn Taylor Swan PC. Zoey is a Colorado native. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling. She raises bees with her dad in the mountains of Northern Colorado.
