Jacqueline Benson, Esq., is of counsel with Moye While LLP and Vice Chair of the firm's Securities and Capital Markets Group. Her practice includes business planning and formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, assets and stock sales, corporate governance, state and federal securities compliance, restructuring, and commercial contracts. She also has experience with securities litigation and commercial disputes and has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Jackie has also completed the 40 hour mediation training course and helps mediate business and securities law disputes.
