Celyn D. Whitt
Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLPCelyn Whitt, Esq., is a commercial trial attorney who represents sophisticated clients in complex civil disputes. She defends companies against class actions nationwide. She has experience with FLSA collective actions, wage and hour cases, and misclassification and joint employment matters. Additionally, she helps guide clients through product and premises liability cases. As an associate at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell, Celyn pioneered the creation of the law firm's community service initiative, WTO Gives, organizing quarterly service events with local non-profit organizations. She is a member of the firm's recruiting and diversity, equity, and inclusion committees. Celyn graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she served as senior editor for the Wyoming Law Review and was the recipient of the Judge Clarence Brimmer “Commitment to Excellence” scholarship and the Judge James Barret “Excellence in Trial Skills” scholarship. She also played NCAA college softball. In law school, she worked with the NCAA legal compliance office analyzing name image likeness of college athletes.
