Emily Brock, Esq., is the Deputy Managing Attorney of the Children's Program at the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network ("RMIAN"). Emily specializes in representing children and families in their survivor-based immigration cases before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Denver Immigration Court. Additionally, she manages RMIAN's Immigration Court Helpdesk and Family Group Legal Orientation Programs, providing information and assistance to pro se respondents before the Denver Immigration Court. Emily is a Co-Chair of the Colorado Unaccompanied Child Taskforce, working to bring professionals across Colorado together to better serve unaccompanied children through a multi-disciplinary approach. She received her law school degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC and her undergraduate degree in International Studies from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
