Diann M. Duino joined the US District Court and US Probation Office for the District of Colorado as the Director of Information Technology in September 2002. Serving as the IT Director for the past 19 years, she is responsible for fulfilling all the IT needs of the district for a staff of approximately 200 employees. This includes desktop support and email, case management software, and courtroom technology, with an emphasis on increased Video Conferencing capabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Diann has been in the IT industry since 1988, holding Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Project Manager and IT Manager positions for the US Senate, National Science Foundation, and the University Center for Atmospheric Research, to name a few. Prior to entering her career in IT, she served in the US Army as a Non-Morse Interceptor and a Signals Analyst from 1983 to 1987. Diann is a proud native of Western New York - GO BILLS!
