Todd Huettner, MBA, CDLP, CDS, is a divorce finance consultant, mortgage banker, and real estate expert with over twenty years of experience advising clients and their attorneys on strategies to separate the marital estate and successfully implement orders. He is President of Denver Divorce Professionals, a divorce finance consulting firm, and Huettner Capital, a residential real estate mortgage bank, both located in Denver, CO. In addition to earning an economics degree and an M.B.A., Todd has held his real estate license in multiple states. He is regularly quoted in the business press as a subject matter expert and regularly presents trainings to domestic relations judiciary, attorneys, and other groups. Todd is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and Executive Vice President of Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals.
