Todd Huettner, MBA, CDLP, CDS, is a divorce finance consultant and mortgage banker who advises couples working together as well as individuals and their attorneys in adversarial situations on strategies to separate the marital estate and successfully implement orders. He is President of Denver Divorce Professionals, a divorce finance consulting firm, and Huettner Capital, a residential real estate mortgage bank, both located in Denver, CO. In addition to earning an economics degree and an M.B.A., Todd has held his real estate license in multiple states, is frequently quoted in the trade and business press on divorce finance, real estate, and personal finance matters and presents trainings on these topics to the family law judiciary, attorneys, and other professionals. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association as well as a board member of Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals.
