Monica Shin joined the USPTO in Alexandria, VA in 2012. She is a primary patent examiner in TC 1600, specializing in organic chemistry, in particular, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and agricultural compositions. Monica is currently on detail as an Outreach Advisor with the USPTO's Rocky Mountain Regional Office where she provides support for the team's outreach efforts.
