Steven Molck serves as Colorado’s First Judicial District Probate Specialist and Deputy Registrar. Prior to becoming the Probate Specialist, he served as Protective Proceedings Monitor (PPM) for five years. In his current role he is responsible for serving as liaison between the clerk’s office, division staff, and judicial officers as well as supporting the day to day operations of the Probate team, including the Court Judicial Assistants, PPM’s, and the Registrar in processing estates, guardianship and conservatorship cases in Colorado’s most populous county of those in the 65+ demographic.
