Hilary Vaughn, Esq., is Of Counsel with Holland & Hart LLP in Boise, Idaho. Her practice focuses on complex real estate and financing transactions, including commercial real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, property exchanges, secured transactions, special assets, and renewable energy projects. Hilary was also an underwriter at a national title insurance company, which makes her a helpful resource for navigating title issues. She is a former Chairperson and Advisory Board member of the Idaho State Bar’s Real Property Section, is an active member in the Urban Land Institute-Idaho, and is also a member of the Idaho Land title Association, CREW Idaho, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. While Hilary was the Legislative Committee Chair for the Idaho Land Title Association, she worked closely with the Idaho Secretary of State to overhaul Idaho’s notary statutes, including with respect to e-notary and remote online notary, and current serves on Holland & Hart’s remote online notary subgroup.
