Lindsey Schultz, Esq., is Senior Counsel, Global Privacy, for Visa, supporting the business and driving privacy program policy across a broad range of privacy and data use issues. Before joining Visa, Lindsey worked as Counsel, Privacy Governance and Compliance at Western Union where she oversaw global legal matters as well as worldwide privacy operations. Previously, Lindsey served in a business attorney role at Western Union dealing with a wide variety of commercial and regulatory matters, including extensive over-the-counter FX derivatives work. Her first in-house role was at a small payments company outside Boston which is now part of Worldpay/FIS. Lindsey earned her B.S. from Boston University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Willamette University in Oregon.
